Which hair types is the HOTS Brush for?

The HOTS Brush works on most hair types looking for a smooth, polished blowout, straight to wavy hair especially. If you have very tight curls or coils, pre dry your hair first for the best result, or take a look at the HOTS Diffuser, which is made specifically for curls.

Should my hair be wet or dry?

Towel dry your hair until it's at least 90% dry, then apply a heat protectant before styling. The brush is designed for nearly dry hair, not soaking wet hair.

What's the difference between the Brush and the Brush IR?

Both give you a smooth, ionic, frizz free blowout. The IR version adds infrared heat, which warms the hair more evenly from within, so you need less surface heat. That makes it the gentler choice for coloured, fine or damaged hair.

30 mm or 40 mm, which should I choose?

The 30 mm barrel gives more control and definition and suits shorter hair, bobs and layers. The 40 mm barrel creates more volume and a smoother blowout, ideal for medium to long hair.
