Shipping Costs

Netherlands
Free shipping for orders over €75.00
Shipping cost of €5.95 for orders under €75.00.

Belgium
Free shipping for orders over €100.00
Shipping cost of €9.95 for orders under €100.00.

It is not possible to have a package shipped to a P.O. Box.

Delivery Times
We only ship products that are in stock. Orders placed on weekdays before 15:00 will be delivered the next day. For Sunday delivery, you must select a DHL shipping method. If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for an email notification. You will receive an email when the product is back in stock. Our orders are delivered by our carrier DHL from Tuesday to Saturday. If the delivery time on the website deviates by more than 2 working days from the actual delivery time, we will inform you and do our utmost to find the best possible solution. On Dutch public holidays, no orders will be shipped or delivered. 

Delivery by DHL
Once a package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. The package will be offered to you once. If you're not home, DHL may choose to deliver the package to your neighbors. In that case, you will receive a notification in your mailbox. If DHL does not deliver the package to your neighbors, it will be delivered to a DHL pickup point where it can be picked up within 7 days. Kuypers Shop has no control over which neighbors your package will be delivered to. If the package is not delivered or picked up, it will be returned to Kuypers Shop. We will then contact you by email.

Longer Delivery Time with Manual Bank Transfer
If you pay via manual bank transfer, it may take up to 2 working days for the payment to reach us. We will ship the products once we have received the payment. If you are a business customer or if you entered a company name during the ordering process, you must place your order before 15:00 to receive it the next day.

Delivery to a DHL Service Point
(Currently unavailable)
When you enter your details at checkout, you can choose from nearby pickup points. By entering your postcode, a list of the nearest DHL service points will appear. This option is only available for the Netherlands and Belgium! You will receive a notification when the package arrives at the service point, so you can pick it up at your preferred time. No need to wait at home! The package will stay at the service point for 5 days. If you don’t pick it up within 5 days, the package will be returned to Kuypers Shop. If this happens, please contact our customer service for a suitable solution. You can reach us via email at hello@hotshairtech.com.
The delivery costs for a DHL Service Point in the Netherlands are €5.95 for orders under €75.00. In Belgium, the costs for delivery to a DHL Service Point are €9.95, with free shipping on orders over €100.00. (Currently unavailable)

Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You can! Our pickup point is located at Zilverlinde 12, 7131 MN Lichtenvoorde (Gelderland).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return the product within 14 days without giving any reason, as long as the product is unopened and unused. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the delivery date.

IMPORTANT!
When assessing consumables and/or hygiene products and tools (such as shampoo, skincare, makeup, tanning, styling products/tools, etc.), the packaging may not be opened or the product used. The general guideline is that the customer may only handle and inspect the product as they would be allowed to do in a store. The customer is liable for any depreciation in value resulting from handling the product in a manner beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return Procedure


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a notification within 14 days that you wish to return the product.
If the package is returned, we require a completed return form to process the return. The form must be included in your package, and you can use the return form from Hots Hair Tech.
If the package is incomplete or there are issues with the delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours after receipt.
If your order is incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible! Contact us at hello@hotshairtech.com and clearly mention your name, order number, and the items in question.

Both the cost and the risk of shipping for returns are at your own expense. We recommend that you keep the shipping receipt as proof. If it concerns a warranty issue, we will send you a return label once the defect has been reported. Return costs are €6.50.
Unidentifiable returns will be stored for a maximum of 1 month. The customer can contact customer service during this period. After this period, the package will be processed according to our internal procedures, and no further correspondence will be possible.

You will receive the amount, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), within 14 working days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
We will refund you using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund will take place when we have received the goods, or you have provided proof that the products have been returned.
